“I had serious concerns and problems about being able to track my order. On the site it looked like it had been delivered days early when I was nowhere near Oxford. trying to find out what had happened was not possible online it said it had been delivered and the delivery company was uncontactable. This caused me considerable stress and worry as it was a very expensive item. However as soon as I spoke to an actual person in Decathalon customer services they were very helpful. The issue I have is how the tracking of an order is displayed and described on the website. It does not correspond to what is expected, and the correct delivery company / contact details were not given. I had to ring up customer services to find this out, this was on Saturday morning after a half sleepless night worrying.”

“My family and I spent many years living in Spain and so Decathlon was my first store for sportswear to swimming costumes and footwear and so when we moved back to the UK I was delighted that I could buy on line and in store here. Decathlon is for me a family store with good prices and high quality. Thank you.”

“I have only used for one week so far but it was a good board. Did what I wanted and I have no complaints. I'm not an expert so I can't critique it too much, by I would recommend getting a wax put in it before use as mine either didn't have one or I wasnt a good one as it was sluggish to say te least, but after a wax it was great. I would definitely recommend.”

“The price was excellent, the service was very good and staff were helpful. My ONLY problem was not really knowing which store was best to contact for our needs and whilst staff in different stores could not have been more helpful, just took a while to get to the right store etc. However, because the staff were so helpful it more than compensated for the calls we had to make and for us, we will be back and highly recommend Decathlon.”

“I recently bought a wetsuit from Decathlon. I was keen not to make a wasted journey to the nearest store so I looked online and found the one I wanted.I then phoned the store to see if they had in stock. They said that they did not and suggested I did Click and Collect. When I went to the store to collectit, I wanted to try it on and one of the assistants helped me with the zip at the back, All the staff at Sheffield Decathlon were helpful and efficient,”

“very good experience, looked for a pair of fishing waders on-line, choose the item I wanted , incidentally mega cheap compared to internet, arranged to have them delivered to my local store, popped in to pick them up and less than two minutes later all bought and paid for ! excellent service.”

“Ordered online, went down to collect, they didn't have item, spoke to about three people, nobody really knew why. Said warehouse did have one, we could order on-line at the store there and then and pay and collect in a few days time. Bit of hassle on system in shop, staff not much help, ordered and took ages to pay as the ordering system was not talking to their till! Got email to say item in store, went and collected, got it home, wrong thing! Finally got the right item, cheap and nasty, will not use again!”

“Emailed Decathlon twice asking for information on frame size on a certain bike I was interested in. No answer/reply after 72hrs so I phoned the nearest store to me who advised me and they were very knowledgeable and efficient. Bike is great.”
