“I returned both items that I bought. Staff in the Broad Street pop up store were very friendly and helpful, however I was slightly confused/frustrated to hear that a refund would take up to three week. Seems a very long time.”

“Went to decathlon wednesbury on a Saturday in early February to get my son kitted out for school ski trip. Tried on salopettes but didn't have his size. Female shop assistant (apologise didn't get her name) checked online for the item, confirmed they were in stock and provided me with the product code. I got everything else in store then sat in my car, ordered the salopettes online. They arrived Monday morning Now you can't get better service than that. Thank you will be using decathlon again”

“The item I wanted was out of stock initially. I had requested an email when it came back in - this did not happen, I just happened to go back onto the website and found it was in stock again. However, the company redeemed itself by keeping in touch re the delivery as I needed it by a set date.”

“Although I was happy with the products I eventually got I found the sizing guide to be confusing. I understand the need to cater for the various international sizes but the guide should allow you to convert your size to the purchase size which currently does not seem to be the case. This caused me to order the wrong size and then take time out to visit a store in order to exchange the items. I also found that the reply to my feedback emails was misunderstood as they just kept repeating the same answer.”

“Used mail order service very good. Products good. The presentation of the store at wednesbury was very very poor. Scruffy, stock on floor and presentations nonexistant for tents canoes etc.”
