“Very good value for money, and usually a bargain to be had”

“Great amount of different sports goods, and although they are great quality and amazing value the main problem is the state of the store been using Belfast since it opened and can say in last 12 months it's gone downhill rapidly. Stock on wrong shelves, incorrectly labelled with price and staff who don't seem to bothered Other main issue is the self service tills that don't work properly and ends up taking three times longer than if person was manning it.”

“Ordered 2 snorkels. Decathlon waited 2 weeks to tell me one was out of stock so what did I want to do? Asked to cancel and then the in stock one turned up 2 days after my holiday. Really bad, wouldn't order online again from Decathalon, their online stock levels are inaccurate and create problems.”

“Communication abysmal, give a despatch date and then fail to stick to it. Only give an update when you chase them. Used the UPS collection service but Decathlon didn't tell me it had been dispatched so parcel was waiting at shop for 3 days. Parcel covered in food on arrival. Stick control and levels poor, 2 items from order out of stock even though stock on website. If you want to shop there save the hassle and drive to a store.”

“Ordered a pair of deck shoes via the internet. These were to replace an identical pair that I had bought 3 yrs previously which were great. Order was for identical size but the fit was half a size too big. Disappointed that the delivery time was a bit slow. Returned and will buy in store. like product and v happy with old pair”

“It took more than 12 days for Decathlon to inform me that one of the item in my order was out of stock. I am not happy with the service (very long dispatch) and delivery charge far too high in regard of the parcel I received. I paid £5 for a small and light parcel! Otherwise good quality items.”

“Could I say how very impressed I am at the level of customer support. I had issues with an 8 month old B'twin Triban 3, having had conversations with support team and in store they were more than happy to assist. The outcome is I got the bike part exchanged and paid extra for new Alur 700. So happy, would recommend anyone to use Decathlon/B'twin. Despite there being a problem with my old bike, the overall quality of B'twin (as most people should know by now) is phenomenal. Again i can't emphasize how good the customer support / products are. Try them out for yourself and see what the hype is about..... you wont regret”

“I like the quality of the products - it's value for money and I also loke being given two options regarding the delivery companies used which includes Royal Mail. The only thing is the a little too much time that it takes for the items to be dispatched-although once dispatched the recorded delivery is fast.”

“The products were of standard quality for their price, not too bad. I really like the jersey jacket, and I wear it quite often. Only thing is the colours are slightly "blueish" and clearly a bit cheaper. Perfect for training kit. Shipping was great, etc.”
