“Quality is great for the price. My only criticism is on their confusing sizing (some items are marked up as "EU" size, some aren't specified) - this means that sometimes a Medium is actually a UK Large etc.”

“Once you find out what your size according to Decathlon is, it becomes easier. They offer a very good value for money products. The shipping is fast and precise, return policy could be improved so that we don't have to pay if the product is too big/small.”

“Decathlon always has everything we need. We are so many sports and decathlon always has what we need for all. We adventurer with our 1 year inc. sports as kayaking, skiing, climbing, mountaineering and decathlon has kitted out our son perfectly for all adventures. Great place to buy for little kids. Great value. Just a little pricey for postage. A company that size you'd expect to do free delivery. But overall a great shop.”

“I ordered some cycling shoes to be delivered to my local store. Which is exactly what happened unfortunately these ones we not required. I was not refunded so I just sent an email asking for this matter to be looked into, couldn't believe that I was sent an email from a very helpful customer services agent who called the local store and found that the store had not sent the shoes back to the warehouse. Within an hour I had an email to confirm that a refund had been applied. The matter was resolved I am extremely pleased with the outcome. A refreshing change that the company is so efficient and fast with there results.”

“No charges for store deliveries, took a little time for it to be ready for collection but I had bought a few things together in the same order. Items in good condition and as described. Friendly staff when I went to pick it up. I'd definitely use this service again.”

“Worst case scenario: ordered online to pick-up from store, got confirmation that it's ready for collection, money was paid. When I want to collect it a week later, the product was not there. No one informed me about this, no one knew why. Shop assistant tried to be helpful and said she will get it from other branch. She did not call me back as agreed, next time I came product was still not there, I was promised again. At my third visit I finally got the product (a head torch) but it looked like the box was opened before and the product was just thrown in. Was it a display item in the end? Not sure. Took it anyway, did not want to have more hussle and needed the torch. It turned out 2 batteries were misssing, no manual inside. I left it because I could not be bothered anymore. During the process helpline was not available and online information only said all way through that product is delivered and ready for collecting, which it obviously wasn't. Shop assistants seem to be friendly, but I had no confidence that they felt able to sort out the problem. Aweful experience all way through. Never again.”

“The quality of most products has been very good however returns are expensive so I have tended to keep items that do not fit rather than have the expense of returning items.”

“Ordered online to pick up instore and waited patiently for my email for collection . No email confirming to pick up from store but the ticks on my online account where saying it was instore . I went to my local store where they looked it up and said they hadnt recieved the order but my account was saying they had .they then had to refund my card which took weeks to be replaced and I had to buy instore .Definatley will not buy online again it was a waste of my time !! .”
