“Good kit at reasonable prices”

“I was interested in a Quechua BLX 300 lantern. Your site would not let me order one with an orange ring, my preference, the alternative being a green ring. I accept that the colour of the ring does not affect function. However I phoned to check the position. Your representative told me the warehouse could not distinguish the two and if I ordered I would have to take the one I was given. This seems unnecessarily restrictive. Appearance, which involves colour, can be significant to some customers and it seems a small ask to have the warehouse check and select before sending to ensure the customer obtains the desired item.”

“Brilliant! Very bright, no more head torches. great little device worn with luminous jacket certainly lights you up, great idea of light on your back too. Can take a while to recharge so need to remember to charge well before run. Would highly Recommend”

“Decathlon is fast becoming my sports outfitters of choice. This winter I have bought two ski helmets, two pairs of ski socks and a ski rucksack. All have proved to be excellent in use and superb value. The online service is excellent and delivery prompt and reliable. I like Decathlon very much.”

“Absolutely appalling service. 1. key item was not available 2. This was automatically taken out and led to me being charged for delivery. 3. Delivery date was provided as a text option. I responded immediately for next day when in. It was dropped off at a neighbour house anyway that day 4. tried online feedback. Was impossible as did not recognise order number 5. Went especially to Surrey quays store to complain. Helpful manager took all details and tried calling On my behalf. No answer so sent complaint on my behalf including all my details. 2+ weeks later and heard nothing.”

“The goggles I bought are superb, never misted up which is unheard of! They also arrived two days early, so basically next day delivery! Can't recommend this store enough, have absolutely anything you could want for outdoors!”

“I needed the stuff I ordered to go on holiday and it was supposed to be delivered the day before my departure and did not arrive. It should not take over a week to get the goods delivered. If i had known I would not have ordered.”

“Hi, I ordered a size S/M and you delivered M/L which was way too big. Fortunately, I checked the parcel before I left the store. I live about 12 miles from the store. Had to return wrong order as store did not have size to swap. However, I very helpful customer service advisor had one delivered to my home. It arrived the next day. So in the end it worked out. But would be hesitant to use the service again.”
