“Excellent products as described,size was accurate,arrived earlier than expected,great service. Will def. shop online again @ decathlon.why are there no stores in north wales,it is the 'year of adventure' here in Snowdonia!”

“Ordered cross-country ski boots for my daughter. They arrived soon after and were of good quality. Unfortunately no snow this year so could not test them. But got a size or two bigger so that they can be used in the future.”

“NORMALLY I GET ON WELL AT DECATHLON-I ALWAYS BUY MY WALKING SHOES THERE-GOOD WEARERS,WATERPROOF AND RELIABLE FIT-I CAN WALK IN PICK UP THE SAME BRAND KNOWING I WILL HAVE NO PROBLEM.I AM ON MY THIRD PAIR OF QUERCHA FORCLAZ FLEX3 NOVADRYS BUT WHEN I GO IN THIS YEAR THEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE.OK SO I TRY THE ALTERNATIVE NEW PRODUCT QUERCHA FORCLAZ500 WATERPROOF. SAME SIZE 9.5 BUT THEY ARE NARROWER AND I CANT GET MY FOOT IN THEM 10.5 IS TOO LONG. WHY DO YOU TAKE OUT A BRILLIANT PRODUCT(4STAR RATING) AND REPLACE IT WITH SOMETHING I NOW CANT EVEN WEAR? I WOULD APPRECIATE AN ANSWER TO THIS. PLEASE WILL DECATHLON CONTACT MY TO DISCUSS”

“Ordered some ski clothes for my daughters with click and collect - very easy. Very impressed with quality for price. One of the items was missing when I opened the parcel at home - when I phoned decathlon the customer services team were extremely helpful and the missing item arrived by post within a couple of days. Have already recommended to friends and will shop there again.”
