“I purchased a badminton racket for a Christmas gift. I was really disappointed that it did not come with a cover. If it was clear that it didn't come with one I would've happily paid an extra few pounds.”

“The whole family like Decathlon & make a point of building in a visit if we are nearby. The online ordering can be a little slow on the delivery compared with competitors, but the website is OK. I wish they would open a store in Bristol - there must be demand what with all the cyclists, runners and other sports enthusiasts.”

“I find Decathlon to be the perfect store for all your sporting needs. Cycling and running are our main sports and we find Decathlons own products to be great quality and real value for money, equal, if not better than more expensive branded products (although they're available if required).”

“Great store, great products, great prices - but have always had terrible problems with stock levels. Often completely out of stock of one particular size, for weeks on end, with spurious info as to if or when it'll come back into stock. All aspects of stock system need improving, it really does affect my overall satisfaction with the store.”
