“Good points and bad. Good stock of reasonably priced sports gear, however customer service can be very hit and miss: particularly the bike service. One of the big issues is that a lot of the staff don't have English as a first language so lots of communication problems, but also the bike service desk is not always manned and you can't book appointments so even once you've paid for your service, no guarantee of quality and should you need to take it back, no guarantee that the work is done when you need it to be.”

“Good quality stuff at affordable prices. I bought multiple items for my family (kids and wife). All of them are of good quality material and make. My entire online purchasing exp and picking from their store in Canning Town was quite good. I really wish they have more stores in London for easy collection.”

“If you keep your eyes open there are always bargains to be found, and I came across one at Decathlon. It was an offer on trainers, that was so good I ordered two pair. I've had them on a good number of times now and have had no problems at all. A really good buy.”
