“Ordered a size 8.5 trainer but a 9 turned up! after talking to a sales person that i could barely understand, he told me they sent a size 9 because they had no 8.5s left. What was the point in sending a size i didn't want?!? Useless returns policy and procedure too. Would not use again or recommend.”

Dear David, Thank you for contacting us. I am sorry to hear you have experienced problems with your order. We looked into the cause of this error and have discovered that we have made a miscalculation with the UK & US sizing of this model. Different brands use different measurements to measure their footwear, we have applied our Decathlon branded size chart to this product which has caused the UK & US conversion to be incorrect, the EU size remains correct. We apologise profoundly for this inaccuracy and will be reporting this back to product manager to make the necessary changes so that we can avoid this occurring in the future. “The ski gloves advertised on your website were not available in store. Your sizing for clothing is a bit on the small side. The labels inside the clothing are intrusive and uncomfortable. Other than that I thought decathlon was good value and decent quality.”
