“The bike that we bought was okay. The only thing is that for some reasons we cannot claim the £10 voucher that we received. I tried to claimed from the tills but the staff can not give the discount. Thanks,”

“I purchased a pair of ice hockey skates for my son for Christmas. I was assured that they would arrive just before Christmas - which they did. However, the blades were completely blunt and unusable. At no point in the ordering process was I told that the blades would not be sharpened. We had previously bought figure skates for my daughter which were ready to use. This was a huge disappointment as we were planning on a surprise trip to one of the outdoor ice rinks in London over the holiday period. I feel I paid for items that were not as advertised and would not use Decathlon again and warn buyers to beware of this company. I tried to get the shop at Watford to resolve the situation at the time but although the young shop assistant was sympathetic he could not do anything to help. As we left, a man in a suit who was standing behind us started talking to the assistant and went behind the counter and into the back of the shop. I do hope he was not a manager and not at all interested in helping as this further reflects badly on the company.”

We would like to confirm you that for security reasons our skates purchased online don't come with the blunt sharpened. However we do offer the sharpening service in our UK store, unfortunately the Watford branch is just a small click and collect store and they are not able to provide all the usual services.
