“Items where so tiny and very badly sized. I included a note in with the returned items as I was so disappointed as the price was good. At least 2 years too small on average fitting children. However refund policy was good but I still had to pay postage return.”

“You need to hold online orders instore longer than 7 days. i don't live close to my store so it can take up to two weeks to visit and collect my online paid for order”

“I purchase a pair of Head Skis, which were on offer. I couldn't find them cheaper anywhere else online, so I bought them through their website. Good communication with order progression and delivery. No hassles so nice and easy to deal with.”

“I was sent the wrong size shoes but I spoke to Louis ( a very nice French man) and he quickly sorted the problem and gave me some money back as a goodwill gesture. Very kind. Thank you.”

“Cannot fault the excellent service we received from the assistant at Nottingham when purchasing my hybrid bike. We had already visited Halfords twice in an attempt to buy a mountain bike and had been treated very badly by 2 members of staff - one who accused us of wasting resources by not mending my old bike and another who was very patronising about our choice. The assistant at Decathlon was helpful and informative, helped with the online ordering process and I am very happy with my new bike, looking forward to renewing my interest in cycling at the age of 58. Thank you Decathlon.”

“I had a problem registering on the website as one of the boxes (I think it is where you put the post code) would not let me enter the necessary information. I had to ring up Decathlon to be told that I had to click outside the box before I could enter the information. The telephone operative was very pleasant and helpful but really, filling in registration details should not require a telephone call for an explanation. The goods themselves were excellent - good quality and good value. I'm very pleased with them.”

“Great products. Good delivery. Went to buy more products on your mobile site but it was so slow it was unusable. Its a shame that your decathalon.ie site is so poor - poor range and very poor website functionality.”
