“I like the support and the technology used by Decathlon. They have very polite people working in customer support. Even there is a little loss to the company they are happy to serve customer and satisfy them. I like it and will recommend Decathlon for ever. Thank you”

“Great quality, extensive stock, really competitive pricing. Oh, and really friendly French staff :-) One gripe; delivery time for online shopping are a little slow. C & Collect can take up to a week to get to your chosen outlet which is slow compared to other online retailers (Amazon, J Lewis etc)”

Dear Jim. Thank you for having taken your time to send us your feedback. At the beginning of August we launched InPost service and during a period of two weeks this shipping method was free of charge but this service usually has a charge of £3.99. “Quick delivery (received two days later when ordered on a bank holiday!), regular updates on progress by email and good prices. I bought my winter/commuting road bike from Decathlon and the specification that you get for the money is excellent and is hard for anyone to beat.”
