“I ordered two skirts size 12, I`ve received size 10. Sent it back, asked for change. Now I received size 6. I`ve put a letter inside the package to make sure they know what I want exactly, and put the same note on the envelope. I had to call customer service to find out what is going on. They said that product is not available anymore. So now I have a hiking trip without the item I wanted.”

“I recently placed an order with Decathlon. Shortly afterwards, was informed that one of the items was out of stock, I was then given information on how to proceed. I contacted the number and problem sorted in a matter of minutes. Refund for the item the following day, rest of the order is on its way and received confirmation emails every step of the way. It has been an absolute pleasure ordering from Decathlon”

“Having checked the status in my online account, decathlon are yet to dispatch my order 48 hours after I placed it online, with just the commitment that they will 'prepare' my order within 7 days! I'll not be ordering online from Decathlon again if the service is always this slow, simply not good enough for online delivery.”

The delay in the delivery is because some of the items you placed are coming from France which at least takes 4 business days to arrive to the UK. “Never have I ever had to make so many phone calls to sort out a bike. I basically did the staffs work for them. I requested one thing and that was for the bike to be totally ready when I got there. Even then I had to instruct them on numerous things to get done and the brakes are still misaligned. Whilst speaking on the phone to the staff, they make you feel like you are in the wrong for calling them and I will never ever go back to this store. What is laughable is when ordering the bike the staff actually told me to contact another one of their own stores to sort out its delivery. Absolutely shocking and I have never experienced such disorganised and terrible service in my entire life.”
