“the order process was easy and delivery as requested. However, it would be helpful to know before arranging 'click and collect' that the item could be delivered by Royal Mail. This is for reasons of collections if not at home.”

“Ordered 8.5 size Nikes from a UK website, so I would presume that UK size 8.5 Nikes would be delivered. Very annoyed to find that the size of the Nikes were 8.5 American Size and only 7.5 UK size. I think this is really stupid considering I was ordering from your UK website to be ordered to a UK address. Fortunately they were the right size for my mum, but that does not help the fact that I paid for trainers and did not get the order I expected or wanted! NOT HAPPY! And at the moment would not order from decathlon again!”

“The quality and value of your Kalenji running range very much holds its own against much pricier, established brands. In particular, Kalenji Ekiden Shorts and Kalenji Men's Trail Running Short-Sleeved T-Shirt are hard to beat in terms of comfort, quality and value. “I have always found the staff to be both informative and at times go out of their way to help if needed. I am not a regular shopper - 2 - 3 times a year but I like that I can find plainly designed, quality items at a reasonable price. My last purchase was an online 'click and collect' that arrived on time and as described.”
