Visited the Bolton store last evening and after searching for a specific product sought assistance. Spoke with 2 very disinterested staff members who assured me they could not check on the system if the product I wanted was in store, out of stock, on order or if available at another store, etc., - but despite this (whilst queuing at the till to speak with an assistant) had plainly heard another customer be advised his product was available in the Wolverhampton store! Seemed to have sufficient staff but none interested enough to bother to help. There are other similar stores locally WHICH I WILL BE USING.

Placed the order on Sunday night, goods were dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Email notification each time, perfect, nothing to complain about. Will order online again.

I use Decathlon for clothing/equipment for a number of sports but primarily cycling. It's almost impossible to get better value for money!

Completed the tough mudder south west in a pair of EKIDEN ONE TRAIL BLACK trainers today and they did not let me down. Happy with the price and performance from them

Picked out a bike today had it tested, got a helmet, went to pay, to find out the bike was in the wrong place it was not 139.00 but 199.99 after I asked the lad how long is it at this price to which he replied oh I don't know so we then left without s bike
