“I mainly buy from the shop and I've never bought anything from Decathlon that I've regretted. Bought some (more expensive) stuff on line and that's easy. Once the purchase didn't work out on the anticipated date and that's always annoying, but the web site kept things informed and gave me the option to cancel ... I didn't.”

“Not easy to see how ones loyalty card is linked to the account delivery charge is a lot and if a product is out of stock at a local centre it does not allow one to add it to checkout”

“Upon arrival to the Belfast store, I was met by an unhelpful female member of staff, she further pointed to a collection area for me to go. When in the area, a more unhelpful female whom clearly wished she wasn't at her place off work asked if I had ID, very swiftly I was handed a bag and the unhelpful staff member turn on her heels and left without a thanks, thank you or have a nice day! I left the store in under 2 minutes from arrival. I did witness it was a large store, and would off wished to have a further look around, but truthfully with the staffing attitudes, I will leave it!”

“After a trip to my local Decathlon to see and test the equipment, I ordered on line for delivery to my grandson who lives far away. This was very convenient and the postage was reasonable. The product was a badminton set and he loves it and plays a lot with his brother and friends. I am pleased with the quality and service from Decathlon. The variety in store is huge and the staff are helpful.”
