“Love the product and go to the lakeside store but now it's online I will save myself a trip by getting my stuff online and it's a saving as the Dart charge is the same as posting”

“Excellent products that I struggled to find anywhere else, having purchased a junior shorty snorkelling suit I would recommend them to anyone. Great service, easy to navigate website, delivery was prompt, and the pricing presents fantastic value. Rapidly becoming a favourite outlet!! Barry MK”

“While the staff were very helpful, I was not happy that the items I went for were not in stock. I understand if 1 or 2 certain items are out of stock but not 4 or 5. OK you can order and collect online, but how do you know if the product, if clothing or shoes will fit you? My main shop was for an electric bike. Considering Decathlon sell 4 or 5 different models, not one was in stock. Needless to say we left with only 1 item we went for. Decathlon's products are very good, as are the staff, you need to allow people to try or buy them.”
