“Excellent service, when things went wrong. Through no fault of decathlon the shipping company managed to destroy two deliveries. Decathlon replaced the item, provided a refund, sent a money off voucher, and even helped me to my car with the final delivery. Very impressed indeed.”

“Not receive my purchase in the time advertised. Let me completely without any info until the item was dispatched. The website is broken, the help options didn't work or appear to me. If I need to purchase again online sport goods I'll avoid Decathlon online.”

“I love Decathlon. When I first started shopping there I was open but a little skeptical that things as cheap as they were could last. I was totally wrong. I had a favourite pair of outdoor walking shoes which cost less than 20 pounds and lasted years. They were much more comfortable than the much more expensive options I had tried from traditional outdoor shops. I have continued to shop there and have never been disappointed. A great balance of well priced and good performance clothing and sports accessories.”

“My sister recommended Decathlon after I complained to her about how hard it is to find good quality, warm, girl's fleeces that are practical as well as 'pretty'. My 4 year old daughter is very fussy and won't wear anything that she doesn't like the look of or that is itchy or that messes up her hair when she puts it on. The reversible zip up fleece that I bought from Decathlon was a superb purchase. It has a blue and pink side so she can wear it on multiple days with different outfits. It's a soft, non-itchy fabric and is also really warm. It's now her favourite hoodie and she complains when it's in the wash but that's not a problem because it also dries really quickly! Best of all, it was very reasonably priced and arrived just a few days after I ordered it. Other similar garments I've bought for much more money weren't as good quality as this hoodie. I highly recommend Decathlon to anybody who is looking for good-value-for-money, high-quality clothing that is practical. I will definitely be buying again for the whole family, myself included!”

“The process of purchasing the item on the website was absolutely straightforward and easy. The delivery was caothic as there was a public holiday next to a weekend and the courier was not able to say when the delivery was going to happen so the "next day delivery" became a delivery which happened 5-6 days after. Apart from this.. all good”
