“Your staff is not very friendly and helpful. Sometimes you can see that they are arrogant”

“I have only used them once, but I found the web site very easy to use & when I picked my parcel up from your store in Botley road I found the staff extremely helpful, I will definitely be using Decathlon again.”

“Offers equipment and clothing that are great value, surpassing the price you pay. Can't think of one item I have purchased in the past five years of being a customer that I haven't been delighted with. Great for keeping the kids in kit as well.”

“I bought a pair of mens wellies, the previous pair I bought from Decathlon were the most comfortable and warmest I've ever had and the 1St pair I've worn out, they cost £19.99 the new pair are so far just as comfortable just as warm, not quite as easy to put on and take off, but they were a fiver cheaper, terrific. I had difficulty ordering on line but I was helped to set up an account in store it was very easy and the staff were knowledgeable and very helpful.”

“Poor returns procedure and inability to interact with customer services via email, so had to resubmit a form via the website every time I needed to contact them. They wanted a copy of the proof of postage, but you couldn't attach that to the online form.”

“Ordered various clothes for my son, arrived within 3 days and text received to keep me informed. Picked up from local store. So easy, will be ordering again, so much easier than going to the store and getting overwhelmed by too many choices. Sizes were less generous than elsewhere so would order larger size. Good quality too.”

“I can not fault the service from decathlon. Absolutely fantastic. The Basketball stand was provided with a damaged component and they provided a customer service that is second to none. Its not when everything is perfect that you judge a companies service but on how mishaps are dealt with. Communication both written and verbal was on time every time as promised.In addition the assembly of the basketball stand was one of the easiest I have done, videos, written and assembly drawings were of the highest quality. Great product but more importantly great service.”

“To be honest... Whilst I am pleased with the product, the time to deliver and the the mismatch between the attachments I purchased at same time as the bike was extremely disappointing and frustrating, even this happened after I sought advice and the recommendations of the in store staff!! I had to take everything back to the store in Belfast and make exchanges etc.. It took the bike expert in the Belfast store to finally sort it all our and keep other staff correct regards prices/refunds etc... this again was frustrating! ! I will continue to shop at decathlon but my initial expectations are far lower than they started out! Also your methods of completing an order are quite strange.. I ordered in store Belfast with a DHL delivery.. thinking everything would be delivered from the Belfast store within a few days.. but everything came from Birmingham over a week.. In two different deliveries.. not the most cost effective method of completing a delivery!! Overall disappointed with order completion and initial staff support in store and online!!”
