“I bought a road bike from Decathalon a year ago together with some accessories and clothing. I have ridden around 2000 miles during the year in all weathers with little trouble. I would recommend too all.”

“Went to store to exchange an item at Southampton, asked young man where I should go for this, and he snapped at me "Go to the back of the queue". Charming. Will avoid in future.”

“Very fast efficient service which was ideal as I had left organising my sons ski gear until the last minute - great for price, as I was able to take advantage of the end of season sales! Trousers, goggles, socks and base layers sorted. All as described and delivered very quickly. Will use Decathlon again and will recommend. Many thanks.”

“I absolutely love this store. My triban 500se is an amazing bike I use daily. I have also purchased clothing and everything has been received timely and quality is well above the price bracket. Cannot recommend decathalon enough.”

“One thing I can't abide when shopping is being hassled by the sales staff when looking around in a shop. In Decathlon I never had a problem but they were there as soon as I needed assistance. They answered my questions and concerns and I left with a brilliant snorkel mask that I didn't even know existed. I am absolutely over the moon with it. But as I was browsing I noticed the prices of things and thought they were really good. I also bought a snorkel jacket online because they had none in store and the salesman even guided me through the process on the computer in the shop. I am very pleased with my shopping experience at decathlon and will be calling in again to get more holiday supplies. I've also told a few friends about Decathlon too. Well done”

“I made an online order to pick up in store but then changed my mind the day before I was due to pick up the order. The staff in the Hermiston Gate store were very friendly and helpful assisting me in cancelling my order and picking out what I needed from store.”
