“We originally came to Decathlon out of curiosity having been regular visitors and sometimes customers of other outlets. Since we have been buying our sports gear from Decathlon we no longer bother with other suppliers (apart from some online) and come straight over to the Nottingham branch. The price and quality is excellent and the range always provides something we need.”

“Fab customer service. I got in touch because daughter's geonaute watch had ceased working. I returned it, but apparently parcel failed to reach the warehouse... customer rep I spoke to sorted it in a matter of minutes and arranged replacement that turned up within two days. Happy-again child!”

“The worst online shopping experience I have ever encountered. Clearly no-one had tested the Uk version of the site - parts of it were in French. The payment transaction flow just didn't work and the site forced me to pay twice, once by Paypal and again by credit card. Click and collect took far too long. Thankfully I managed to cancel my order and get both payments back. Avoid this retailer online.”
