“This set is very good value for money. The build of the bow is really good quality and was very easy to put together (although it did require a degree of strength!) I bought the set for my 11 yr old son and he can use it well. He is achieving bulls eyes firing from either hand and even while running! The downside is that there are only 2 arrows but I can understand this is done to keep the cost down. Also the target is now already littered with holes and the arrows go through to the other side so I don't imagine it will last too long. This wouldn't detract from me recommending this product though”

“A major issue of snow boot sizing, an issue with delivery, an issue of being charged twice apart from that was rectified by very nice assistants at the Warrington branch. Saying that I will not be shopping at Decathlon again.”

“Ordered two bikinis which I picked up from the store. Wrong sizes sent. Assistant simply shrugged and didn't offer any apology or solution. Not impressed.”

“We bought the Air Seconds Base XL Inflatable Camping Shelter and as complete novices we didn't have a clue how to put it up. We took the tent to the Thurrock Store and the manager Joe gave us untold advice and tips and gave us a thorough demonstration of how to erect the tent and also how you put it down and pack it back in to the bag. Joe was very knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful. In today's world good customer service can be hard to come by but Decathlon and in particular Joe, was not just good but superb. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Decathlon for their customer service and for the quality of the products.”
