“No problems at all when it came to using the website and delivery. ? My only issue is the sizing on the kids close is very unrealistic. I bought my 8yr old the under garments to wear under his football kit in the winter and they were far to small even though I ordered a 10yrs olds size. Unfortunately he needed them the day they were delivered so was unable to exchange. He spends most of the match pulling the leggings up!”

“Overall we were very pleased with our purchases of both walking trousers and tops. Some good prices, some a little expensive. We initially visited the store in lakeside, plenty of choice for men but a minimal choice for women. A lot of womens items were out of stock or limited sizes or not stocked in the first place. As the sizes are difficult to work out it would have been good to try them on...but difficult when not in stock. So I had to result to online ordering, with delivery to Watford outlet. After two lots of orders and two visits to the store, I finally got the trousers and size to fit. I suppose the bonus was that my three pairs of trousers were on offer! All staff were very helpful particularly the young men at Watford.”

“Received my order but was to big so sent it back with all the correct paperwork as the site said and asked for a smaller size sent out. 2 month later still not received my item and no reply to my emails either so shell not be using again”
