“I bought an electric bike from Decathlon last year. There were several faults and problems along the way. Each time the staff and contact centre staff went out if their way to resolve the issue. I would recommend this store to others based on first class Customer service.”

“Order arrived promptly before bank holiday. The item was as on website and really appreciate the fast turn around by Decathlon. Ordered Thursday...arrived on Saturday. A water pack with 1 litre bladder which I used on th Sunday for a 13 mile run.”
