“Product description of all products very accurate. Delivery quick and efficient. The bike was well-priced and great value. I would buy from Decathlon again and recommend to friends/family. D Ware.”

“Durable, well designed clothing, eminently suitable for the purpose and always an excellent fit. As an extra small size adult, I appreciate the range. However, I would like to see an expansion in the range of colours”

“I ordered fishing bait, a I had a problem, so I complain and their was not. Helpful at first, then their reoreder my bait I got the new bait and I had the same problem. My dad orders me things to, and there seem to some sort of problem with it, and the customer service do sort it but I feel their don't take me seriously. I will now never buy from you again”

“Love this place just one thing I would like is to keep stock up, and try to get as much in that's on the site, I would rather see the items in store that buying from the site. Other than that I could shop there all day.”

“Have kitted my family out for several years now, in a wide range of sports, from hill walking to football to skiing and marathons, Decathlons own brands are equal , I would even say better than the well known brands. The difference is they are affordable and are very durable. Best of all they look more individual than other brands,almost exclusive. Don't follow the crowd ,be different, buy from Decathlon and you know your on to a winner with your sports.”

“The web site was easy to navigate and, once I'd found the category of goods in which I was interested, there was plenty of information to help with the choice. Notification for Click and Collect at my local store was very prompt - in fact, ahead of the date specified when my order was confirmed. The only reason that I couldn't give a 'Very Good' rating was that, although I sent my husband with my ID and e-mail about collection because I was busy and we were about to go away for a few days, there was no mention anywhere on the confirmation of my surname. As a result, the staff almost refused to hand over the goods!”

“The mobile version of the webpage doesn't always work well. Desktop version sometimes have issues on the checkout when the delivery method has to be chosen. I made mistake and chose to deliver to the shop, it was difficult to change that to delivery by email. Other then that, I enjoyed online shopping and definately I will visit you again. Regards”

“Very friendly and well informed staff. The bike I bought, was everything they said. I had brilliant service from both shop floor staff and the customer service advisor on the phone. Defiantly buy from them again”

“Overall, a very good service. But not very impressed with the store itself I collected from. It was a bit of a mess, looked like it had been set up in a hurry and as though it had to all be taken down in a hurry too. Like a temporary shop that takes over an empty shop without any shop fitting. Uneven concrete floor being most notable.”

“I absolutely love shopping at Decathlon. They have a great range & mix of products at very affordable prices. The fact that they have an option for someone based out of the U.K. to buy online & get it delivered to an address in the UK is really appreciated. Can't wait till Decathlon to comes to Sunny Sri Lanka. Tell them I will definitely be checking out the UK site.”
