“I made an order ,then saw it cancelled for no obvious reason giving me some concern that my card had been declined (which would have been a complete surprise ) . Subsequently after I had failed to work out what had gone wrong I decided to try again and had my Items , which are hard to find in this country delivered without a hitch and quite swiftly , so all was well , well done decathalon”

“Decathlon are very good at supplying decent products at reasonable prices. It enables people on a tight budget to participate in the sports they love. There are better products in the marketplace but prices are often double what you pay at Decathlon.”

“Easy to order online and choose a store near to me to save on delivery costs. Ready for collection before date given. Collection at store was easy, my only concern that my identity was not checked. Will use Decathalon in store and on line again.”

“I first came across Decathlon many years ago in France and I've used decathlon Sheffield a number of times and rate it highly but the Birmingham branch is awful. It has the air of a jumble sale: untidy with many items not price marked and feels like it's on the brink of closing (it has already reduced in size). For many people it's a significant drive to Decathlon; if, when they get there, they find it in this condition they are far less likely to go back. Is no one within the Decathlon organisation aware of the state of this store? Amazing.”

“Easy to navigate(good filters), order, very quick delivery and great customer service (once the post lost my package due to i moved house and they asked me if i want my money back or i want that they send a new package ). I only can recommend them.”
