“I was very annoyed to find that the trainers I wanted in Decathlon were odd size matched. There was one 9 size and one 9.5. I phoned and got the pair delivered in the next few days. I only rated good because the number was difficult to find.”

“Great bargain bags - smaller than previously imagined, but I guess it's enough to hold things for a day out. The material is quite thin and flimsy, but as all the bags seem to have a manufacturer's guarantee on them, these bags should last for many, many years. The ordering and pick up process was quick and hassle free - will use Decathlon again”

“Bike jacket was too small, sent it back, larger replacement arrived soon. Now wearing it frequently in these darker winter months. Windproof, very bright and great value, cheers.”

“Really pleased with the boots I bought online. Good price and delivery. Met the description too. But I was less than pleased with the pullover I bought in store. It was labelled Large, but most other clothes retailers would have called it Medium! Next time, I'll try it on!”

“Very fast shipping, items arrived in two days! Very efficient! Decathlon sent the items to an UPS center of my choice, very useful solution because I work full time and I wouldn't be able to collect them at home. All the product has been delivered, sizes were right and high quality for all the items. Very very satisfied! I will absolutely go for the shoping on-line again with Decathlon!”

“in terms of improvements, I would suggest: - have an even bigger store in Wandsworth - have the shelves filled & full more often. (e.g. last time, we were looking at tennis shoes for kids, and the availability on the shelve was terrible) - give a much longer period than 3 months to use loyalty points. Three months looks like a bad joke”

“Bought a cycle top. Way too small even though I tried two sizes up from my 'normal size' returned and received refund. Had to pay for return postage. Won't be buying from here agin.”

“Fast delivery; I ordered on a Sunday and received the goods the next day. Good value; this was the best price I could find for Shimano shifters. Then when I found I had made a mistake with my order Decathlon, refunded my payment and even paid for the return postage. They then supplied the correct goods in double quick time. Exceptional service - highly recommended.”

“Great selection of stuff at great value. The loyally card system is also great as you don't need to worry about receipts and can track what you bought and when. It's scary how much stuff I buy there. It's my go to shop for cycle parts and kayaking stuff. I also bought a btwin rockrider 8.1 a year ago and after over 2000 miles on it it's going strong.”
