“I buy all my basic jog-pants, shorts, socks, etc here. and my driving sunglasses. Their kit washes well and is well constructed it does everything I want ...except it is not so good for posing. Also I have a favourite branded running shoe so don't buy these from Decathlon.”

“I've looked for a Judo suite and used the website before I'd come the the Canada Water Decathlon store. Unfortunately, they do not have Judo in store anymore. the good side of it was that they help me order on line and get it to my hotel within 48 hour as promised. I would have been better is I can communicate with store about this order and enter a comment about my spacial needs as I was a tourist visiting London for only few days. All in All, the experience was positive. they manage to give me what I asked for on time as promised.”

“Although the merchandise carries a low price, the quality cannot be faulted. I do find I have to choose a size one, or sometimes two sizes larger, but that's not a problem, mainly due to their excellent returns policy. I can't extol their virtues enough. Excellent goods at excellent prices.”

“I think the Decathlon shop in Sheffield is a good shop. I normally purchase items from Decathlon in the UK, in France, and online, and I tend to always be happy with both the acquired products and the shopping experience. I always use my Decathlon card, but wonder why, as the £5 discount for spending £250 seems rather mean.”

“Great service. Only reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is the odd prices. Went into the breahead shop in Glasgow and received great customer service. After talking for a while I went home to think about it and decided I wanted to purchase specific snowboarding boots. I then visited the decathlon website and it was £15 cheaper than in store. I understand different costs are associated with different things, IE online against store, but with a company this big, prices should be standard. Anyone buying in store is paying £15 more for the same service. Anyway bar that, great service, great customer service and fairly speedy delivery”

“Unfortunately your search engine is very bad. When I put a phrase in a search bar i.e ''archery set'' I expect it to bring up all the items containing word ''archery'' and it does not. I was looking for this product ''GEOLOGIC SOFTARCHERY KIT - DISCOVER ARCHERY'' - which is not coming up when you search by ''archery set''. This is just an example, I have problems every time I use your website. Please sort it out. Thanks”
