“Swift delivery to store with goods as ordered online. Local staff member in store was unable to answer query about whether similar items would be stocked. Should online ordering of non-stock items trigger local store to consider holding stock?”

“Some items on your website out of stock never seem to be replaced and find it very frustrating every time I look to see if they are still out of stock ie in the hunting and nature page it would be nice to see them available again and also some have been discontinued from last year ie pintail and shoveler decoys. Regards Tom”

“I am only a medium size but I ordered a large size to be on the safe side. Upon receiving the goods I found even the lage size was to small. Couldnt be bothered to send it back.”

“Absolutely no problems with ordering and collecting in store. The only problem was that it isn't clear from the website what is in the store and what is on-line only, so it took two, not entirely convenient, trips to buy some footballs..”

“I bought a foldable scooter from Decathlon. My order arrived the next day! The information about the product on the website was clear and thorough, and the scooter was exactly as described. Great quality product, and judging by customer service so far I am sure I'll get help if there are any problems in the future. I only wish there was a store near me!”

“The service I received from a female member of staff in the Belfast store was second to none. She assisted me to create an online account with Decathalon. She went over to the item I wished to purchase an exercise bike and noted all the details from the box and as the item was extremely heavy arranged for a home delivery. The item arrived on the day and within the timescale. I have been left with an extremely positive experience of this store and the Company.”

“After I received an e-mail about order being ready to collect, I went into the shop to get it, just to be told by the woman at the till that she 'can't see the order in the system'. She tried the number again and that was it. It was only thanx to my perseverance, that I got another member of stuff to check and abraca dabra, the order was there, stored right behind the cashiers backs. There is only 3 Decathlone shops in whole of London, so it's not like you can pop in any time and the way I was dismissed was not OK. They were not busy and she didn't even turn to have look through around 20 parcels behind her back or tried again with computer. Very poor customer service.”

“The customer service I receive in store is always excellent. When trying on certain items of clothing or footwear there is someone available for advice and assistance. I could not get the right size footwear in that particular store and was advised to get it online. Online shopping is smooth and easy. Delivery in store was within 24 hours for me. I would recommend shopping with DECATHLON any time. Many thanks”

“I ordered the wrong size trousers and the replacement came through very quickly to my Stockport Store. The staff on the desk were really on the ball and my collection took no time at all and was CORRECT! Well done - decathlon.”

“Two orders made for click and collect and they were fine, no problem. I have just made a rather larger order to be posted, so I can't comment yet, as I am waiting for it to be processed, but the order on the website was fine. I shall wait until delivery and then perhaps feedback again, thank you.”
