“I value decathlon as the best value, widest variety high quality sport shop in Scotland. I love the app and the reward points! However before I knew about the rewards I bought 2 bikes and missed the opportunity to get my reward points on these until I discovered the app unfortunately more than 30 days later :( delivery is always quick and reliable and I still order all my sports gear here and always will!”

“I bought two long sleeved polo shirts for winter golf and am very pleased. They are very cosy and are stretchy so they give a nice figure-hugging fit. But I am glad that I didn't order a smaller size! The sleeves are plenty long enough.”

“I placed an order online for approx 40 crop tops and was given a delivery date to collect instore. When I got into the store to collect I was told my order wasn't there, the lady said at the till that they never arrive on the delivery date and they normally arrive the day after!! I asked her 'why have a delivery date then' to be told here was nothing she could do. I live approx 1 hour away from our nearest decathlon so was not happy about coming back the next day. I had a printing company waiting to print them the following day. The lady on the till said she couldn't find a tel number to call, so I looked on the website and found a number myself and gave it to the lady of which she got an answer straight away. However I was still told there was nothing they could do other than cancel the whole order! In the end I had spent so long in there I decided to cancel the whole order. I will not be purchasing anything else from decathlon after my customer service experience in the Nottingham Giltbrook store. I believe the lady's name was Grace.”

Thank you for leaving a review. All of the dates given for orders are estimated delivery dates so there is no guarantee that the order will be available on this day. For all click and collect orders you should not go to the store until the email has been received stating this is ready to collect. “1 item arrived on time, but the second item never arrived. I had no notification that this was not coming or the item I had ordered could not be completed. The only point I knew it wasn't coming was when I received a refund into my account. Poor communication and no reason given, as this was 1 or 2 parcels of a set it was a complete let down.”

“I ordered some gym tops and was very disappointed with the quality of the items and also the colours looked pastel shades on the website but when they arrived they were fluerecent in colour. Didn't return them as they didn't cost much, but will never buy from you again”
