“I was impressed by the quality of all the products I recently purchased from Decathlon. All well made and particularly pleasing for the relatively low price. Shipping takes a full week which I find a little disappointing, if they can sort this it really would be a wonderful place to buy from”

“Generally excellent service, arrives on time, a little slower on exchange but sorted in the end. Products are excellent for the price, you can do better but would pay many times the price. For the average leisure rider the gear is more than adequate and of perfectly good quality. No problems so far, would recommend to all but the most fashion conscious (poser) mamil.”

“Hi I was recommended to you by a family member. I put in an order for an item which was indicated as 'in stock' but in the end came across a few problems - with it not being in stock. Initially there was lack of communication however, the fault was then addressed by the company quickly and a favourable outcome was achieved for me. I am hoping the in stock/not in stock thing is not a common occurrence. Hopefully for my next order and review I will be able to give 'Very Good!'”

“The items I ordered were sent in the wrong size. I then called the shop who said they'd order the correct sized items in as they didn't store them in stock. I then chased a week later to be told they had never been ordered!! I then had to take a trip upto your Thurrock dept. and get different items”

“I have bought only a couple of things from Decathlon - coats for my young son - but I have always been incredibly impressed. The design is great and the quality superb which adds up to fantastic value all round. Wouldn't hesitate to shop again or recommend.”
