“I love Decathlon. My kids' entire outdoor clothing (fleeces, jackets, hats, boots, wellies, sandals) is from the store. Lots of my husbands and mine is too. We bought bikes and equipment and running gear there. It's is always good quality and always excellent value for money. I especially love that all kids clothing is brightly coloured!”

“After ordering a pair of trousers from decathlon I received the incorrect size. From returning and receiving new pairs it totalled to 7 pairs being delivered to my house which wasted my time and effort in returning them. The fault was then discovered on the website which was displaying US sizing but once going through production they were sending EU sizes.. I received zero compensation for my wasted time and effort. I have finally got the correct size after numerous phone calls and emails. In the future I will not be shopping with decathlon.”

Thank you for leaving a review. The sizes advertised on our website are universal sizes as these are recognised in all countries however because Decathlon are a French company the label is different. This means that you were receiving the correct size. I can see that you were refunded your return postage costs as a goodwill gesture in this case. “Generally all the products I have bought from Decathlon have been great - fantastic value and lasted really well. Only one exception was a recently purchased ladies swimming costume.... the stitching/seams on this must be poorly done as they rubbed my skin red raw. Wasn't expensive so not worth the petrol to return, but very poor.”

“The delivery was fast and the bike was easy to prepare, although on of the tools that came by broke in the process which made me buy one the next day. There were also some pieces that I couldn't find a use for them, they seem to be spare parts, but since there is no inventory list or instructions with the bike is difficult to know. Since I got the bike about 3 weeks ago, I've been riding to work daily and it works just fine. I'm happy with my purchase so far, the only thing I missed when I got it was some kind of extra info within the box for preparing the bike.”
