“Decent products and ok pricing but delivery could be quicker.expect 4-7days wait. Be careful on some items that go on sale and then reduce multiple times. I paid £469 for a bike reduced by 20% it then a week later got reduced further by £30 and then few days after another £20 so £50 difference from what I paid. I wanted a refund on the difference but in the end after complaining I got £50 decathlon vouchers.”

“I would rate Decathlon with 5 stars but I've had a couple of issues with sizing of items. Sometimes the sizing guides can be a little misleading resulting in me having certain items arrive that are a little too small. I recently purchased some cycling gloves for winter in a Large but when they arrived I couldn't get my hands in them and it resulted in my wife having them instead. there is no way my wife's hands could be classed as Large by any stretch of the imagination. However in all other respects Decathlon are great. Great Value, great Service and so far the quality of their products have been top rate.”
