“I went to th and stood next to the sign near the check out which said 'click and collect collection point' (or something to that effect) nobody came and all staff on the checkouts paid no me no attention. I waited awhile then managed to grab someone who was walking by, they told me that i needed to go the check out for click and collect. So, 1: the sign should be taken down and 2: one of the staff on the checkout could easily have shouted over to let me know rather then let me stand there”

“They've been nothing but great in my eyes..... i had to exchange a running top I'd bought for my little brother very recently,...and it was sorted, exchanged for a larger size and delivered within the week!....Marvellous!!!
