“Order on line to collect - great communication for the progress of order. Collection from store was easy and quick. Purchases in store - on the whole at both Nottingham and Sheffield stores staff are happy to help and enough so do not have to go too far to track someone down. Items purchased are good value and normally just right for purpose. Plus no major sales push - Really important that you can go into store without being pounced on by staff. Stock is not crammed in so that you struggle to find your way around - excellent!!!!”

“I spent time looking Goethe product I wanted and chose your company to purchase what I wanted. It didn't arrive and there was no note RE failed delivery attempt even though I was home. Next thing I know I'm getting a refund. With no explanation or attempt to redeliver. V annoyed!”

“I went to th and stood next to the sign near the check out which said 'click and collect collection point' (or something to that effect) nobody came and all staff on the checkouts paid no me no attention. I waited awhile then managed to grab someone who was walking by, they told me that i needed to go the check out for click and collect. So, 1: the sign should be taken down and 2: one of the staff on the checkout could easily have shouted over to let me know rather then let me stand there”
