“The website is easy to navigate, the staff at the Warrington store are really friendly and the product I bought was a good price, fits well and so far is robust.”

“Waited 31/2weeks for delivery (well beyond the promised dispatching date) only for the whole order to be canceled because by that time my credit card had expired and my new one had validated. There was no communication as to the reasons for the delay or a new shipping date given. A lot of the products on the website were also out of stock and sizing is tricky to work out particularly for gloves. It is not always clear if the sizes are junior or ladies.”

“Two items I added to my basket were not in stock. I then selected another item, which was also not in stock. If something is not in stock it should indicated on the website.”

“Delivery is ridiculously slow - and the delay is at the processing end where it took them a week to process the order before sending me notification of dispatch. This is much much longer what they promise at the point of ordering.”

“Great product range. Terrific Returns Service. Very Helpful Staff. Have purchased 4 Tribord Easy Breather Masks all exceptional. Only down side is that there are other products that look exactely the same (slightly more expensive) and have a sought after addition of a - Link on the front of the mask for a Camera - The Easy Breather ????? for some reason does not have this. New Carry Bag is significantly better than the "Net Type". Should make the Small to Medium and Medium to Large in all colours and the Large to Extra Large in all colours. The excuse that the Small to Large are for smaller faces and thus the Large to Extra Large is not required in Pink or Aqua does not really wash.”

“Bought two wetsuits for my wife and myself for holiday in men's large and ladies medium, delivered very quickly, but both were far too small, exchanged for men's xl and ladies L, they were still abit on the small side, but decided to keep them as we were going on holiday the next day. My advice would be order two sizes bigger!”

“Hello, I had tried change the order I made, (put one more item) I send an email a few hours after the payment and only I get a response two days after the delivery... I did not understand why it was not possible to add one more item and the reply two days after saying that is not possible it was a poor service... kind regards Pedro”

“Good quality products at reasonable prices, web site could be a bit more user friendly, can't transfer wish list to checkout in one go and some parts can't be ordered online ( low value parts), even if being ordered with other items that can be.”

“I really like Decathlon as a one-stop sports store. There is a great range of products across a great range of sports. Sometimes you have to be careful about the sizes, overall a great place to do your sports shopping. Occasionally some products are not available, but that is the same everywhere.”
