“Customer service was brilliant, they answered the phone really quickly and were very nice and helped me find the correct size, giving me a chance to order from their French stock since my size was not available in the UK shops. Excellent products as usual, great prices.”

“Shocking, took 8 days to receive my order then when it did arrive 4 out of the 5 products was missing and nobody knew where they were. So annoying as it's was a birthday present. Will not be using decathlon again”

“Hi I first started buying in Decathlon 4 years ago when on holiday in France, a great place to spend a wet afternoon . I have just bought Taylormade fairway woods over the Internet , service an delivery was excellent also a good price. My husband has been pricing skis an Decathlon are the cheapest. Thank you for great service .”

“Very impressed with Decathlon so far. Ordered a Triban 3 road bike that was delivered quickly. I did have an initial set up issue with the gears but they were helpful in getting this resolved.”

“What can I say.... never used Decathlon before but heard some good things and thought I'd give them a go. I LOVE my new bike. It's perfect for me, really tough good construction, great finish and a great ride. I'm already looking at buying another from them for some road work. Highly recommended supplier. The only slight annoyance was the delivery which was failed 3 times before I opted to drive to the depot and collect it myself. That's probably more to do with DHL than Decathlon but it did mean I had to wait for my new toy and no big kid likes to wait. That aside I'm delighted with my purchase!”

“Everything I have ordered has been delivers all within the timescale stated. Also I was very impressed with the return policy. The lady I spoke to on the phone about my return (post office/royal mail) was as helpful as anyone could be. Even though they hadn't received my items the Lady still credited myself as I provided the code from my receipt at the post office along with my order number. I was very impressed with how quick it was done. Thnkyou to the lady in question, I will shoo again without question.”

“Waited 31/2weeks for delivery (well beyond the promised dispatching date) only for the whole order to be canceled because by that time my credit card had expired and my new one had validated. There was no communication as to the reasons for the delay or a new shipping date given. A lot of the products on the website were also out of stock and sizing is tricky to work out particularly for gloves. It is not always clear if the sizes are junior or ladies.”

“Two items I added to my basket were not in stock. I then selected another item, which was also not in stock. If something is not in stock it should indicated on the website.”
