“Having been normally extremely satisfied with all of my purchases from the Braehead store I'm afraid that despite trying on various sizes and prices of your Bib Shorts I couldn't really get comfortable in them especially as the legs seem to creep up rather than stay reasonably tight around ones thighs causing discomfort . To me it seems that the leg grips are not strong or adhesive enough After discussing this problem in store with Rui from the cycling department he suggested I check out the 3/4 length ones as he was sure they're leg grips would be more secure . True enough they did appear to be more secure however being priced at just under £50:00p I'll have to be saving the pennies before I can make the purchase. The question is "Why are the other varieties of your Bib Shorts not fitted with the same grips." when one can purchase cycling shorts from Aldi that have decent grips at a considerable cheaper price. Otherwise a very happy Braehead customer Aw ra best , Da”

“All I wanted to do was buy a pair of £5 shorts. That doubled due to your ridiculously high postage costs and then I had to spend the next fifteen minutes of my life having to give you a huge number of personal details because your website has me by the short and curlies and wouldn't let me buy the damn things unless I did so. In the meantime I've burnt what was in the oven. Irritating, annoying, unnecessary pain in the backside system. Sick, sick, sick of sites like yours. Won't be buying from you again so you can cancel my account please!”

“The processing time from ordering is very slow and sizes are way smaller than usual although the products are good quality and well priced, having to return my product i am still waiting for my refund nearly a week later,”

“Have shopped on Decathlon a couple of times for camping equipment and I can't fault it. Site is easy to navigate, prices are very good. Delivery has been quick. Have recommended this site to a few other campers and will definitely be using again when the need arises. Keep up the good work! Thank you.”

“Hello, I ordered 4 items on your website. I was very surprised when I received them to see how inaccurate the sizes were. The 36 that I usually ordered in all the shops was way too small for me. I returned 2 items and exchanged 2 others. Once again what a surprise to see that the shipping costs of the return were at my charge, it is now very unusual. I returned the items the 8/7/16. According to your website, the order should have been prepared by the 15/07. Exactly a month after my first order and three weeks after the return the order is still in process. The inaccuracy of your sizes + not reimbursing the shipping costs and all that for such a slow service at the end. I am very unlikely to use Decathlon again or to recommend it. I would appreciate to hear your thoughts on that and to know when my parcel will arrive asap. All the best Clémence”

“Asked for assistance from a lady she couldn't help so she asked another member of staff he said he had to deal with someone else first then would come back to us He returned to put something back on the shelf and then completely ignored us which I found very rude so we left the building very unhappy and at this time will not be returning”
