“Returned some childrens items as the sizes come very small and asked for the next size up. Have not even had acknowledgement of returned goods. Also returns are not free...”

Thank you for contacting us. In regards to your request, we would like to apology about the issue we are experiencing with the sizing conversions. We have a size guide in our website to provide the customer all the items measurements in centimeters. In regards to the return policy, we only pay for the return shipping costs if is a faulty item is received or if we sent a different item from the one placed originally. “Good service and advice from the bike crew but could be more attentive. The guys are all obviously busy - prepping new bikes etc. I wonder if it would be worth having a couple of 'adviser only' roles that are easily identifiable in busy times?”

“Bought the quechua fresh and black tent for a festival, really easy to put up, needed a bit of muscle to fold it down though as it's hard to hold down on your own. The rucksacks are also good, but you need to make sure the fabric is out the way so the zip doesn't get caught. Otherwise good quality for great prices”

“First of all the customer service is exceptional. The staff well- trained and are more than willing to go that extra mile to help a customer. Next are the products which are innovative, quality, exciting and good value for money. Finally, the range of products is huge. Even though I am a cycling enthusiast, I love mixing and matching different products from other sport departments. I can honestly say that Decathlon is my happy place.”
