“Ordered age 12 wetsuit for my son who is 8yrs and it was much too small so ordered age 14, same make and it was much too big . It did however fit my daughter who is 11.Would not reccomend using age sizes or buying online if you can visit store.I am too far away so had no choice.”

“Terrible customer service. Yesterday I came into the shop and had a long discussion with a member of staff about bikes. Today I returned with a view to possibly buying one. I was keen to test ride a bike and was told that a member of staff would be there as soon as they could. I was left standing around until I truly felt like a spare part when I noticed at least 5 newly arrived customers being seen to befwithout the slightest glance my way. Nice one. You've lost yourselves a sale to a very credible member of the cycling world.ore”

“Needed some training bibs URGENTLY for a sports festival. Called into the store but stock was low asked a member of staff who was extremely helpful and actually did the ordering on line for me at the store. He also set up a discount store card for me. The goods arrived on time and I was kept informed throughout about the progress of my order. This was at the store at Trinity Street Store in Bolton. UK I cannot speak highly enough of the member of staff.”

“Shocking ordered golf shoes for a gift sent wrong size hassle with someone who could barely speak English saying until they received my return they wound send the correct size needed, then they hung up, then phoned and someone else resolved and sent them out to be the same wrong size that I didn't want almost two weeks late for the birthday I'd ordered for, then to be told size I wanted they didn't have!”
