“Did pick up in store .why do you need I'd when packing has name on it showed staff text on phone and decathlon card. You have my email etc sill . Not enough. Bit over the top for £8 worth of tea shirts”

“After making a purchase online, I received an unwanted email from you. That's fair enough - I simply looked for the unsubscribe button and could not find this - all reputable companies make it easy to unsubscribe. I therefore rang and eventually was assured I would get no more emails. I am still getting emails. This is not good enough.”

“Needed to order two sizes of cycle shorts not available in store to compare. Was confused why first ordered in store on screen and seemingly online took around 4 more days to arrive in store compared to an online order from home (which was only a couple of days)!?”

“Such a pity that utility tent seconds doesn't have a roof. If it did (and we assumed it did), it could be also used as a toilet tent, rather than just for changing and showering. We will need ti return it to store and purchase from a different supplier. A real shame :-(”

“A maritime store- Southampton has a very poor stock of sailing products. Ordered items but coming from France arrived too late for trip and way past estimate. E mail system unresponsive to cancellation and just kept on sending me e mails saying stuff had arrived. Cancellation on non collection took 2 weeks. Decathlon great quality gear at great price but website sevice woeful and why don't you deliver in this day and age?”

About the emails that you were receiving, it was because of a technical problem in your account, where the status had not been changed, but we have already actualized it manually so you won't be receiving those emails anymore. In addition, the delivery dates are always estimated, and that should be why sometimes the order is not dispatched at the exact date that was told at the beginning.
