“I like that I can find everything in one place. Details about the product are generally quite detailed so I am comfortable with choosing what I like and what will suit my needs. I just wish I could find more toys for water activities, like loops to fish out, or other toys to collect at the bottom of the pool.”

“Along with a cpl of other items, i ordered 2 x pair of footwear and both came in the wrong size and with no boxes. Delivery time was pretty poor at around a week, it seems if you're order is small and will include a delivery charge, it will be delivered quicker?!?!?”

“Did pick up in store .why do you need I'd when packing has name on it showed staff text on phone and decathlon card. You have my email etc sill . Not enough. Bit over the top for £8 worth of tea shirts”

“After making a purchase online, I received an unwanted email from you. That's fair enough - I simply looked for the unsubscribe button and could not find this - all reputable companies make it easy to unsubscribe. I therefore rang and eventually was assured I would get no more emails. I am still getting emails. This is not good enough.”

“Needed to order two sizes of cycle shorts not available in store to compare. Was confused why first ordered in store on screen and seemingly online took around 4 more days to arrive in store compared to an online order from home (which was only a couple of days)!?”

“Such a pity that utility tent seconds doesn't have a roof. If it did (and we assumed it did), it could be also used as a toilet tent, rather than just for changing and showering. We will need ti return it to store and purchase from a different supplier. A real shame :-(”
