“Overall, I'm a big fan of Decathlon. Some great value, yet very good quality products. My bike and pretty much all of my kit like bib shorts are from here. My only gripe is I'm a big guy and most items such as jerseys, jackets and gloves are only available in 3XL in the cheaper and bottom end "300" range and not available in the 500, 700 ranges. So basically if I want some nicer looking and higher spec items I'm forced to shop elsewhere at the moment.”

“Bought Easybreath snorkel mask for my wife and myself prior to our holiday in Dominican Republic. For both of us this was an inspirational purchase having used the regular snorkel and mask for many years the freedom allowed by the easybreath face mask brought a new dimension to our snorkelling. No more misting in the viewing area, no more spitting in the mask, no more sore jaw from clenching onto the mouth piece, no more water down the pipe all in all a brilliant piece of equipment at a very reasonable cost. Would highly recommend.”

“Lovely colour light blue with sequence, grue to picture. Good quality and 8yr old daughter loves it. Much cheaper than any dance shops and no difference in style or quality. Would recommend ordering size bigger than actual age.”

“I had one missing product from my order due to a box bursting during delivery (I think) and a refund was courteously and efficiently dealt with. Customer service was easy to get through to which is not always the case. The products are great quality and amazing value”

“The item was good however the quality of customer service was terrible. Here's the story: Thursday - I ordered my parcel for delivery on Friday which would give me time to get used to it before a ride on Saturday Friday - Friday came and still no delivery, I gave them a call, there response was there was a confusion which led to it being delayed. They said it would be delivered Saturday before 12 and before my ride Saturday - Saturday came and still no bike, they didn't deliver and said it would be delivered Monday. This left me without a bike and therefore I had to miss my ride Monday - Finally it was delivery”

Thank you for contacting us. After going through your account we have checked that the parcel was delayed because we were not able to dispatch your bike on Friday 17/06 (as it was estimated to be), so we did it on Monday 20/06 because we do not have shipping service on weekends. However, as an apologize of the inconvenience caused, we refunded the DHL Express shipping cost, as it is an unacceptable situation in which we are working to have an improved service.
