“Prices very good for a Daiwa reel I bought but some of the brands of fishing rods I have never heard of so couldn't judge quality or value for money. I collected instore which was very handy”

“The item was good however the quality of customer service was terrible. Here's the story: Thursday - I ordered my parcel for delivery on Friday which would give me time to get used to it before a ride on Saturday Friday - Friday came and still no delivery, I gave them a call, there response was there was a confusion which led to it being delayed. They said it would be delivered Saturday before 12 and before my ride Saturday - Saturday came and still no bike, they didn't deliver and said it would be delivered Monday. This left me without a bike and therefore I had to miss my ride Monday - Finally it was delivery”

Thank you for contacting us. After going through your account we have checked that the parcel was delayed because we were not able to dispatch your bike on Friday 17/06 (as it was estimated to be), so we did it on Monday 20/06 because we do not have shipping service on weekends. However, as an apologize of the inconvenience caused, we refunded the DHL Express shipping cost, as it is an unacceptable situation in which we are working to have an improved service. “Used many times without issue. However on this latest order the wrong bike was received. I ordered a blue and black one (child's bike) and a red and black one appeared on the order email. I immediately wrote to the customer service address highlighting this and saying we desired the blue one. I never received a reply from customer services and we did indeed receive the red and black one. My son however decided he could not wait for the swap etc.!”

“Many products offered, but not always size or product in store. However can order online to either have delivered or "Click & Collect" Amazing value for money, and fantastic returns policy. Only negative I would say is that the sizing runs small, especially for children. My 12 year old boy (of above average height & average everywhere else) grew out of the largest children's stuff (age 14) 2 years ago, and is wearing Small in the mens wear. My 10 year old daughter, again above average height, is wearing age 14 stuff now.”

“Brilliant value for money. Kids stuff is spot on from running legging, spikes to tennis skirts. Best sports kit around for kids. My girls are tiny for their age and because the clothes are on the wee side it fits them perfectly.”
