“Easy to order on the website. Order arrived quickly. We had ordered various sizes of items to try on at home. Could only return via store but had 12 months to do this, so there was no problem. Happy with whole process.”

“Great product and web site is easy too use but dont be fooled by 'Click & Collect' being a quick service though to save you time - you are expected to queue up in Decathlon Reading with folk making instore purchases when there is only 2 people on the till despite the long queues”

“We bought a tarp which was for a concert in Spain and it was particularly effective for providing cool in a very hot environment. It was perfect. When I initially ordered it you were out of stock but emailed me back two days later that it was in stock again and it was quickly sent. Cheaper and better than anything else I found.”

“The most recent purchase I have made from Decathlon was a tent - I wanted an inexpensive tent for me to take to a motorcycle event and to a music festival, but one in which I could stand (I'm getting too old to crawl around on all fours!). I chose the Quechua Arpenaz 4.1 Family Tent, and am extremely pleased with it. Priced at less than £80 it ticks all of the boxes which I had set, and delivery was made within 24 hours.”

“I bought a Tribord sailing jacket. It was first used on a north sea race from Scarborough to Ijmuiden and back. We had some quite bad weather and the jacket was excellent. It kept me completely dry, the quality of manufacture is excellent and the seamless on line shopping experience was great too.”

In addition, we only pay for the return postage if the product is damaged or if due to our fault the product has not been dispatched correctly. (different size, colour...).
