“I've bought 2 bikes and some gym equipment over the last six months. I've found everything to be of high quality and fantastic value for money. The staff at the Wednesbury store are all very helpful. Would have no problem in recommending them to anyone.”

“I like Decathlon products, have bought even earlier few of them. In this order my opinion is like this: quality of goods is ok, but I HAVE GOT THE ORDER AFTER A VERY LONG TIME. I Most of goods vere fitting to me, but there is an item, which is small and I can't use, plus there is an other one where I didn't like the colour. It seems different from the colour offered on website. I have sent an email about it that I would like to return them. I don't know what is your practice and how it goes. I dodn't get any response yet, which is very impolite. Please reply me and I gonna return the goods.”

“I ordered size 9.5. I received size 9. I then complained on your online form and got a standard reply. No personalisation at all and no help that wasn't already on the website. Awful customer experience. I explained that I needed this item straight away, hence paying for next day delivery. I need to use the item so had to use it even though it was wrong size, standard reply about returning it. I can't because I paid for next day as I needed it next day and i need it twice a week!!!”

“First time using Decathlon site and was a pleasant one from order to delivery on time. I ordered a couple of shirts and a pair of trainers and glad to say they fit perfect (my only concern when ordering online is if the size will be what it is supposed to be) The quality seems good but have yet to give them a couple of washes to see if shrinkage or misshaping occurs but have high hopes and think they will be fine. I will be using them again in future and recommended from my limited experience.”
