“I ordered size 9.5. I received size 9. I then complained on your online form and got a standard reply. No personalisation at all and no help that wasn't already on the website. Awful customer experience. I explained that I needed this item straight away, hence paying for next day delivery. I need to use the item so had to use it even though it was wrong size, standard reply about returning it. I can't because I paid for next day as I needed it next day and i need it twice a week!!!”

“First time using Decathlon site and was a pleasant one from order to delivery on time. I ordered a couple of shirts and a pair of trainers and glad to say they fit perfect (my only concern when ordering online is if the size will be what it is supposed to be) The quality seems good but have yet to give them a couple of washes to see if shrinkage or misshaping occurs but have high hopes and think they will be fine. I will be using them again in future and recommended from my limited experience.”

“Product was good but you need to train your staff on the InPost system. I do not like giving out my mobile number to everyone so left that blank on the order and gave you my landline. When I went to collect at the InPost locker they asked for my mobile number but did not recognise it and refused to open I had to come home and check my order and then rang Inpost. I found that you had input my mobile number as 07000000000!!! Your IT system need to trap orders that do not have the mobile number box filled in and your staff must not make things up!!”
