“I found exactly what I wanted online, placed my order and collected at my local store all in the space of a few days”

“Did not reciece an email to say our items were in store, even though it was showing on my account as in store. I went over to decathlon Coventry twice, but they told me if I hadn't received the email that it wasn't there. On the third occasion the girl went and looked for our order and actually found it. It had been there all along. Unfortunately both items arrived too late for the holiday they were intent to be used on.”

“i was very disappointed to find that the item that i was looking for online.i was told that they where in stock but when i got there.they had run out the staff member told me the should have been taken down. that did not make me feel any better.”

“I ordered stuff online and picked it up at store as the online goods weren't stocked in store - at the same time I was trying other stuff that was available in store. So the order process was fine, returning wrong size goods was easy (I ordered multiple sizes to try in store), what was not easy was finding goods I'd seen online in store. It wasn't that easy for the staff either, so better store labelling would help or maybe flagging up where stock will be located in store when you're looking online??”

“Fast delivery, we bought quite a bit of stuff. All good kit. We had to exchange one item at the local shop, we chose the wrong size, all very straight forward. A good service throughout!”

“On collection the handle bars were not secured which as you can imagine is not acceptable. I then found the detailer was poorly adjusted and the pedals over tightened. Meaning I have had to use precious time off work to return to the store to get problems rectified. Just pleased I found then loose handle bars before heading out on a hill somewhere.”
