“I bough my Tribord snorkel mask on line. The website was easy to use and the item was delivered very quickly. I was so impressed with the service I went back on line and ordered some fins. Excellent quality and only 8.99GBP. Couldn't believe it as to hire on holiday is very expensive. Would definitely recommend, in fact I did and my friend ordered on line as well. It will be the first site I check out in future for sports gear.”

“Returns in store took 45 minutes and I had to argue to get the price on my invoice refunded, even the delivery charge was argued about. I will never order again.”

“Item was priced well and quickly delivered to store. Packaging was pretty amazing and kept the item well protected. Unfortunately it has some slight manufacturing faults which should have been picked up before the item was despatched.”

“Whenever I visit Decathlon I stag much longer than I intend to and buy much more than I set out to. As a family, we have bought wetsuits, mountain bikes, a kayak, a table tennis table, tents, rucksacks, shoes and many other items, all excellent quality and great value for money. The returns policy y is also second to none.”

“Decathlon are quick at posting stuff out, which is good, but I took a 'Star' off because when I returned a product to them for a replacement, the new order showed on my account as 'in progress' for two weeks and it wasn't until I asked them where was my order that they asked me for my proof of postage for the item I sent back as this was holding things up. I scanned and emailed them the proof straightaway and they finalised the order and I received the goods a couple of days later.”

“First visit to Decathlon at Botley (Oxford). I wanted riding boots for my two grandchildren and a small tack box. Only found one size of boots and no tack box. A member of staff found the items for me on line and placed an order for them. Took me to the cash desk and handed me over to another member of staff who took the payment and explained exactly what I would need to do when I came to collect the items. Two days later I was contacted to say the items had arrived and when I went to collect them they were checked to make sure I was happy with them. Excellent cutomer service, very helpful, very friendly and I would definately recommend friends to go there. Thank you for a lovely shopping experience!”
