If the parcel was not delivered to yourself, could you please check with your neighbours and in any suitable locations around the property where the parcel could have been left. Royal Mail does not require a signature for the deliveries therefore they can leave parcels to other members of the family or neighbours. “The products were great quality for a great price and all delivered very quickly. I think some work could go into ensuring that Decathlon appears in the search engine. I had to go directly to the website, but if I didn't already know about Decathlon I wouldn't have known to do this.”

“Item (picnic table) was packed very poorly with inadequate bubble wrap and arrived smashed. Company doesn't have an effective returns system and I had to pack up the item myself and post at my own expense. Website suggested the cost of return would be refunded but this hasn't happened (2 months ago).”
