“Item (picnic table) was packed very poorly with inadequate bubble wrap and arrived smashed. Company doesn't have an effective returns system and I had to pack up the item myself and post at my own expense. Website suggested the cost of return would be refunded but this hasn't happened (2 months ago).”

“I ordered a few basic fleece tops for my husband but the sizing was all wrong. I followed the website's size guide but when I received items the item size label was correct but the actual size of the tops (I measured them with a tape measure !) did not match the website's guide so had to return - all of them came up smaller than expected. Postage had to be covered by myself when returning so it was an expensive experience from start to finish.”
