“I purchased 2 small back packs for an upcoming holiday. We used them alot whilst away and found them to be very tough standing up to plenty of abuse. I was very happy with my purchase.”

“What can I say.... never used Decathlon before but heard some good things and thought I'd give them a go. I LOVE my new bike. It's perfect for me, really tough good construction, great finish and a great ride. I'm already looking at buying another from them for some road work. Highly recommended supplier. The only slight annoyance was the delivery which was failed 3 times before I opted to drive to the depot and collect it myself. That's probably more to do with DHL than Decathlon but it did mean I had to wait for my new toy and no big kid likes to wait. That aside I'm delighted with my purchase!”

“Everything I have ordered has been delivers all within the timescale stated. Also I was very impressed with the return policy. The lady I spoke to on the phone about my return (post office/royal mail) was as helpful as anyone could be. Even though they hadn't received my items the Lady still credited myself as I provided the code from my receipt at the post office along with my order number. I was very impressed with how quick it was done. Thnkyou to the lady in question, I will shoo again without question.”

“Great product range. Terrific Returns Service. Very Helpful Staff. Have purchased 4 Tribord Easy Breather Masks all exceptional. Only down side is that there are other products that look exactely the same (slightly more expensive) and have a sought after addition of a - Link on the front of the mask for a Camera - The Easy Breather ????? for some reason does not have this. New Carry Bag is significantly better than the "Net Type". Should make the Small to Medium and Medium to Large in all colours and the Large to Extra Large in all colours. The excuse that the Small to Large are for smaller faces and thus the Large to Extra Large is not required in Pink or Aqua does not really wash.”

“Good quality products at reasonable prices, web site could be a bit more user friendly, can't transfer wish list to checkout in one go and some parts can't be ordered online ( low value parts), even if being ordered with other items that can be.”

“I really like Decathlon as a one-stop sports store. There is a great range of products across a great range of sports. Sometimes you have to be careful about the sizes, overall a great place to do your sports shopping. Occasionally some products are not available, but that is the same everywhere.”

“I got exactly what I was looking for, which I'd failed to find for a reasonable price even online. When I collected them they were of great quality, and we even bought more items in store that day. Will definitely be going back.”

“I think Decathlon is awesome! Their own products are very well designed, well made and very affordable. As a sporty family, it's our go-to place to shop. I rarely bother looking anywhere else. Keep doing what you're doing!”
